Emanuel Zayas, LMFT
Mr. Zayas is a bilingual (English - Spanish) licensed marriage and family therapist who serves as a compassionate guide, helper, and attentive listener to his clients’ challenges and aspirations. Mr. Zayas experiences genuine pleasure assisting his clients to achieve goals and heal past wounds on their journey of personal growth. Recognizing the strength of the barriers that can deter clients from engaging in therapy, Mr. Zayas prioritizes rapport and unconditional support while simultaneously encouraging his clients to be intentional about their investment in self-care.
Mr. Zayas has clinical experience spanning various areas, including depression, anxiety, abuse, substance use, and relationship conflict. He has successfully treated clients of all ages and backgrounds, and has experience working with clients in a substance abuse treatment center. In addition, Mr. Zayas is trained as a level one practitioner of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Mr. Zayas earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton and his master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Hope International University.
