Elizabeth Gallo, LMFT
Ms. Gallo is a bilingual (English - Spanish) licensed marriage and family therapist with a broad range of experience treating clients with depression, grief, anger, low self-esteem, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, and various interpersonal difficulties. In addition, Ms. Gallo specializes in treating anxiety and the psychological implications associated with physical disabilities. Through her clinical expertise, genuine positive regard, and a touch of humor, Ms. Gallo creates a supportive space for her clients to explore their concerns and helps them establish practical and attainable goals.
Ms. Gallo has successfully assisted clients to develop a rich and gratifying understanding of how past experiences can shape unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and with these insights, Ms. Gallo and her clients collaborate to identify coping strategies that establish healthy boundaries, satisfying relationships, and rewarding intrapersonal experiences. Drawing upon a wide array of therapeutic techniques, Ms. Gallo adapts her methodology to the needs of her clients.
Ms. Gallo earned her bachelor’s degree in human services from California State University, Fullerton and her master’s degree in marriage, family, and child therapy from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Gallo is also a part time lecturer at California State University, Fullerton.
