Ms. Takebayashi is a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in the power of healing relationships. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and brings both clinical knowledge and heartfelt empathy to her work.
She is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. Her approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. She loves to use various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Psychoanalysis therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy!
Ms. Takebayashi welcomes clients who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and PTSD but is eager to work with any concerns. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need a space to be heard, she’s here to walk alongside you with understanding and care.
She is also fluent in Japanese and is happy to offer therapy in either English or Japanese, depending on your comfort and preference. Her goal is to help each client move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connection.
